1. Who we are
MyTurn (“we”, “us”) is run by the MyTurn team, India. These terms are an agreement between you and us for using the MyTurn website and its services.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy credits.
- You need one account per person, using an email address you own. Keep access to that email safe: it is how you log in.
- The name you give is shown publicly as your first name and last initial.
3. Credits
- You pay for posts and listings with credits. 1 credit costs ₹1, bought in packs.
- Credits are prepaid, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and do not expire while your account is open.
- New accounts get 500 free welcome credits. These are promotional: we may remove them, or close accounts, if they are farmed with multiple accounts or otherwise abused.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation policy.
4. Posts, the wall and the spotlight
- A wall post costs from 1 credit and a spotlight post from 100 credits. The time on screen for each amount is shown before you pay.
- Each screen shows one post at a time. The highest paid goes first; equal amounts go in the order they were paid. Your place in line and expected start time are estimates: someone paying more can move ahead of you.
- When nobody is waiting, the last post stays up until a new one arrives. That extra time is free and not guaranteed.
- Once published, a post cannot be edited or cancelled. Paying more (“boost”) moves it up or gives it another turn.
- We may change prices and screen times. Changes never affect posts you have already paid for.
5. Showcase listings
- You can list a website or app you own or are allowed to promote, from 19 credits. Listings are ranked by the total they have paid; ties keep the order they reached that total.
- Listings stay up until removed. You can add credits at any time to climb, or buy a spotlight turn for a listing.
- Links are checked for adult or unsafe content before listing and before a spotlight turn. We may refuse or remove any listing whose site breaks these terms, now or later.
- Listings are paid placements. We don't endorse the sites listed, and you visit them at your own risk.
6. What you can't post
Advertising and contact details are allowed. You must not post, draw or link to anything that:
- is illegal in India, or promotes illegal activity, gambling or betting that is unlawful, or illegal goods;
- is sexual, pornographic or obscene, or involves minors in any way;
- threatens, harasses, bullies or promotes violence or hatred against anyone;
- shares someone else's private information without their consent, or impersonates another person or business;
- is a scam, phishing, malware or misleading financial or health claims;
- infringes someone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- threatens the unity, integrity, security or public order of India, or is otherwise prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
7. Reports and removal
- Anyone can report a post or listing. After 3 reports it is hidden until we review it, and we then restore or remove it.
- We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these terms, with or without notice. Credits spent on content removed for breaking these terms are not refunded.
- You are responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to display, store and share it on MyTurn and in links to it.
8. Our responsibility
- We provide MyTurn “as is”. We aim to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- If something goes wrong on our side, such as a post not showing for the time it paid for, we will return the credits. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
- We are not responsible for content posted by users or for third-party websites linked from MyTurn.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Wallet page. Deleting takes down your posts and listings and ends any unused credits, so ask for a refund of eligible credits under our refund policy first.
10. Changes and law
- We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use MyTurn means you accept it.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
